Kallaxsalen with a floor area of almost 400m² and high ceilings is our most flexible hall. It is excellent for mini-fairs, workshops and product exhibitions. And it’s just as good for meetings with school, theatre or island seating.
Every year in December we turn Kallaxsalen into a theatre. We serve our home-cooked Christmas buffet and when it’s time for coffee we put on an unbeatable combination of a variety show from the stage, food and culture. Kallaxsalen is also the hotel’s banqueting hall with space for 550 guests.
All the halls have standard equipment consisting of OH, flipchart, whiteboard, conference pads, pens, ice water and conference sweets. We can also supply TV/video, speakerphone and tape recorder on request at no cost. LCD projectors are available to hire.
As well as the standard equipment, there is a hi-fi system to which handheld, desk and body microphones can be connected. We will tailor the technology to your requirements using local suppliers. Please request a quotation. Experienced conference hostesses are always on location for you. While you concentrate on your meeting and your goals, we will make sure nothing is missing.
