Nordkalotten Hotel & Konferens has 30 conference- and group rooms with space for 1-100 persons. The rooms vary in style and decoration from modern, traditional rooms to timbered settings. Most of the rooms are located in the hotel’s conference centre. See overview below for size of rooms and number of participants, depending on the seating arrangements.
All the halls have standard equipment consisting of OH, flipchart, whiteboard, conference pads, pens, ice water and conference sweets. We can also supply TV/video, speakerphone and tape recorder on request at no cost. LCD projectors are available to hire. We will tailor the technology to your requirements using local suppliers. Please request a quotation. Experienced conference hostesses are always on location for you. While you concentrate on your meeting and your goals, we will make sure nothing is missing.
